Shipping policy
All orders ship directly from my two partner labs in the United States and Germany, depending on where the order ships to. This ensures a fast delivery, limited shipping costs and no custom fees.
All orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday except bank holidays. All items are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number with your shipment notification to track the shipment.
In order to ensure your order arrives at your home safely and undamaged, it is shipped in high-quality art packaging. The specified delivery times are estimated times based on previous experience. I will do my best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery times as these are beyond my control. Please refer to the table below for estimated shipping times and current shipping costs.
