Yes, I took all the pictures in my shop myself. With your purchase, you not only support a one-person company and ensure that the owner (i.e. me ☺) performs a little happy dance with every sale, but you can also be sure that you have not bought a mass produced product.
No. I want my customers to receive a high quality photo print rather than a simple photo poster.
No. All of my photography prints are shipped unframed. A picture frame should bring out a picture in the best possible way and at the same time fit perfectly into your home. You can find affordable frames in many different designs at IKEA, for example.
US orders are printed by my partner lab in the US. EU orders are printed by my partner lab in Germany.
Shipping
Shipping costs depend on the destination of the print. For the current shipping costs please have a look at the shipping policy.
All prints are made to order and are normally ready for dispatch within 1 to 5 business days (depending on the production capacity in my partner labs). Shipping times depend on the shipping location. For the current estimated delivery times please see the shipping policy. Please understand that I cannot guarantee delivery times as these are beyond my control.
All prints are shipped directly from one of my partner photo labs so that you receive your print as fast as possible. All prints are packed in art-secure packaging to make sure your print arrives undamaged. Smaller prints ship flat while larger formats are rolled up and shipped in a tube.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your print is on its way to you.
No. All my pictures are shipped directly from my two partner labs in the US and in Germany - depending on where the print is to be delivered. This means that no customs are due.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to the UK from this website due to tax-related considerations. However, all prints are readily available for purchase through my Etsy shop. My Etsy shop ensures a seamless shopping experience and allows me to comply with the necessary tax regulations for shipments to the UK.

Cancellations & Returns
Orders go into production immeadiately and cannot be canceled. Once you receive your order, however, you may return it. For more information please see the cancellation policy.
Yes, once you receive your order you can notify me within 14 days that you would like to return your order. Once you have notified me you have another 14 days to return the items to me. Please understand that I can only issue a refund once I have received the items back. For more information please see the cancellation policy.
While I do my best to make sure that this doesn't happen, I know it may. If your print has been damaged in transport please contact me right away with a photo documenting the damage. The photo helps me to file a claim for damages with the shipping service provider. Of course, this has no influence on your right to a replacement delivery.
